中文摘要:通过硬度测试,金相组织分析,磨粒磨损试验等方法对四种高铬合金堆焊材料的微观组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明,四种堆焊材料的硬度值从高到低依次为:S1>T1>S2>T2。硬质耐磨相的总量、形态、分布等是影响堆焊层耐磨性能的关键因素,其中S1的耐磨性最好,T1、S2耐磨性次之,T2耐磨性相对较差。在一定堆焊条件下,S1与S2的堆焊层厚度比T1、T2高47%,且堆焊效率比T1高40%,比T2高25%。
英文摘要:The microstructure and property of four kinds of high-chromium surfacing layer alloy were investigated by hardness testing, metallographic analysis, abrasive jet wear testing. The results show that the hardness from high to low is S1>T1>S2>T2.The amount, morphology and distribution of hard wearable phase are the key factors for affecting the abrasion resistance of the hardfacing layer. The wear resistance of S1 is superior to T1 and S2. The wear resistance of T2 is worst. In a certain surfacing conditions, the thickness of surfacing layer of S1 and S2 are 47% higher than T1 and T2, the surfacing layer efficiency of S1 and S2 are 40% higher than T1, and 25% higher than T2.
