中文摘要:在分析熔化极气体保护焊技术的基础上,结合15MnVR球罐罐体的现场安装制作工艺及工装设计情况,分析了15MnVR钢的焊接性,设计了15MnVR球罐CO2气体保护焊焊接工艺。经过实践证明,替代焊条电弧焊,而采用CO2气体保护焊可提高效率,保证焊接质量,带来较好的经济效益。
英文摘要:Based on the analysis of melting gas welding protective technology, the weldability of 15MnVR steel was analyzed by connecting the locale installation manufacture technics and design of 15MnVR sphere tank. The welding process for CO2 gas protective welding in the sphere tank was designed. The results show that adopting CO2 gas protective welding instead of electrode welding rod can increase the efficiency of ensuring welding quality, which can also bring better economical benefit.
