中文摘要:按照Fe-Cr-C合金系堆焊层化学成分及力学性能要求,通过计算确定了几组备选实验方案,通过实验确定最终配方,研制出适用于耐磨硬面堆焊的自保护药芯焊丝。实验证明,所研制的药芯焊丝焊接工艺性能良好、焊道成型美观。堆焊层表面裂纹细密,呈网状分布。堆焊层微观组织主要是垂直于基材方向生长的(Cr,Fe) 7C3初生碳化物和共晶组织。堆焊层洛氏硬度为62 HRC,耐磨性大约为新铸产品的1.5倍。
英文摘要:According to the chemical composition and mechanical properties of hardfacing layer in Fe-Cr-C alloy, experimental program options were ensured after calculation and final test formula were ensured after test. A type of self-shielded surfacing flux-cored wire with high chromium cast iron was investigated. The experimental results show that these self-shielded surfacing flux-cored wires have good technological properties, and there are a lot of fine cracks forming reticulate structure on the surface of hardfacing layer. The microstructure of the hardfacing layer consists mainly of primary carbide (Cr,Fe)7C3 and eutectic structure. The rockwell hardness of the hardfacing layer is about 62.0 HRC. The wear resistance is about 1.5 times of a new commercial production.
