中文摘要:WGJ510C2钢是国内自主研发的一种高性能耐火耐候建筑钢。本文针对WGJ510C2钢进行了气保焊焊接性能试验研究,内容包括焊丝熔敷金属性能试验、焊接接头常规力学性能试验、高温拉伸性能试验、硬度试验及金相组织分析。试验结果表明,焊接接头常温拉伸性能和高温拉伸性能均满足WGJ510C2钢技术条件要求,接头三区低温冲击功有很大的富余量。因此,采用气保焊方法及NHG-1焊丝匹配WGJ510C2钢,焊接接头综合性能指标完全满足高层建筑用钢焊接技术要求。
英文摘要:WGJ510C2 steel is a self-developed high-performance fire and weather resistant construction steel in China, WGJ510C2 steel was used for gas shielded welding test research, including wire deposition performance, mechanical properties, high temperature strength, hardness and microstructure. The results show that room temperature and high temperature tensile properties can meet the welding requirements of WGJ510C2 steel. The Charpy impact energy at low temperature in weld metal, fusion line and heat affected zone have a considerable margin. Therefore, with gas shielded welding method and NHG-1 matching WGJ510C2 steel, the comprehensive properties of the welded joint can completely satisfy the welding requirements of the high building steel.
