中文摘要:利用喷射电镀方法在45钢基体表面制备了Ni-Al2O3纳米复合镀层,并对其进行了激光重熔处理。采用扫描电镜分析了Ni-Al2O3复合镀层和激光重熔层的微观组织,利用X射线能谱仪对镀层的元素进行元素分析,分别测试了基体材料及经过激光作用前后复合镀层的耐腐蚀性。 结果表明:在优化的实验参数条件下,喷射电镀工艺能够制备出1.44wt%的纳米Ni-Al2O3的复合镀层,激光处理后,强化层与基体形成冶金结合,与基体相比,镀件的耐腐蚀性明显提高。
英文摘要:Ni-Al2O3 nano-composition coating was prepared using jet-electroplating technology on the surface of 45 steel, then the coating was processed by laser remelting. The microstructure of nano-composite coating and the remelting coating was analysed using SEM. The elements contribution was analyzed using EDS. The results indicate that the nano-Al2O3 particle content in composite is up to 1.44wt%, which is fabricated by jet-electroplating under the optimum process parameters. After laser remelting, the nano-composite coating is metallurgically bonded with substrate, and the corrosion resistance is obviously increased.
