中文摘要:室温下采用Bc路径对7003铝合金进行等径角挤压加工,采用金相显微镜、透射电镜、显微硬度测试及抗压性能测试,分析了该铝合金材料的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:经过4道次的等径角挤压加工,该材料的晶粒被剪切细化,晶粒平均尺寸小于3 μm;4道次后试样的屈服强度达到410 MPa,试样X面的硬度达到134.82 HV。
英文摘要:7003 aluminium alloy was applied to equal channel angular pressing using Bc route at room temperature. By optical microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, microhardness test and compression performance test, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were discussed. The results show that after ECAP for 4 times, the grain of the alloy is sheared and refined, the average grain size is less than 3 μm. The yield strength of the sample is 410 MPa, the microhardness of X plane is 134.82 HV.
