中文摘要:镀锌板冲压成形时,由于镀锌层的存在其成形性不同于裸板。基于杯突试验研究了镀锌钢板的镀锌层在冲压成形过程中的破坏失效过程及失效机理。结果表明,由于镀锌层过早的破裂而剥落,镀锌板的成形极限小于裸板;良好的润滑可以提高冲压成形性。研究结果为镀锌板冲压工艺设计提供理论指导。
英文摘要:The formability of galvanized sheet in stamping process is different from the bare board due to the existence of galvanized layer. The zinc coating's failure process and mechanism was studied in the course of galvanized steel sheet's drawing based on cupping test. The results show that the forming limit of galvanized sheet is less than that of bare plate because of zinc coating's premature rupture and spalling;good lubrication can improve stamping performance. The research results can provide a theoretical direction for galvanized sheet's stamping process design.
