中文摘要:镁合金以其诸多的优点和独特的性能而得到了广泛的应用,但由于镁合金加工成形困难,容易氧化甚至燃烧,因此,在工程应用中还是有很大局限性。半固态成形技术自提出以来,其原理和工艺过程的研究得到了快速发展。近些年来,镁合金半固态成形技术也受到了重视,成为了镁合金成形研究的一个重点。本文介绍了镁合金半固态成形技术的分类和原理,回顾了近几年来镁合金半固态成形技术的最新研究成果和进展,分析了未来镁合金半固态成形技术的研究方向。
英文摘要:Magnesium alloys with many advantages and unique properties were received extensive attention and applications. Due to the forming difficulties, however, their applications in engineering were restricted to a certain extent. Since the semi-solid forming technology was put forward, the study of its principle and process have got great progresses. In recent years, semi-solid forming technology of magnesium alloys was highly evaluated, and therefore this technology became an important technique and hot research field. This paper would like to introduce the classification and principle of the semi-solid forming technique of magnesium alloys. And furthermore, the latest research achievements and progresses of the semi-solid forming technique of magnesium alloys in the recent years are reviewed, and the future research trend for the semi-solid forming technique of magnesium alloy has been proposed.
