中文摘要:研究了微量Pr对AZ91D 镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明: 稀土元素Pr具有细化AZ91D镁合金铸态晶粒的作用, 并且在组织中出现了杆状、针状的A1Pr新相。当加入0.8%Pr(质量分数)时,合金晶粒细化效果较好,其室温力学性能比较理想。
英文摘要:The effect of rare earth Pr on Microstructure and properties of AZ91D Magnesium Alloy.the results show that rare earth elements Pr can refine the grain of cast AZ91D Magnesium Alloy.and appeared the rod、needle new phase A1Pr.when adding 0.8%Pr(mass fraction), better in alloy grain refine and its mechanical properties at room temperature is ideal.
