中文摘要:为了提高反应堆压力容器运行的安全可靠性,减少在役检查工作量和工作人员辐射吸收剂量,近年来,国内外一直致力于对上封头与顶盖法兰锻造成一体的反应堆压力容器整体顶盖的研究和实践,但由于其制造难度非常高,需采用特殊的制造工艺才能达到要求。本文以目前国内二代改进型压水堆核电站反应堆压力容器整体顶盖锻件的制造工艺为基础,重点描述了炼钢和铸锭、锻造和成型、热处理三大关键工艺,并介绍了国外成熟的RPV整体顶盖锻件成型工艺。针对各种不同的生产工艺,提出了相应的质量控制要求。
英文摘要:In order to improve the safety and reliability of the operation of Reactor Pressure Vessel (RPV), and to reduce the in-service inspection workload and the radiation dose absorbed by the staff, much effort has been devoted to the research and practice of the integral top cover of RPV at home and abroad in recent years. However, due to great difficulties in fabrication, it is necessary to use special manufacturing process to make it. In this paper, based on the present manufacturing process of the integral top cover forging for RPV in domestic G2+ pressurized water reactor (PWR) Nuclear Power Plant, three key processes of steelmaking and ingot casting, forging and forming, as well as heat treatment were mainly described, and the foreign successful forming technology of the integral top cover forging for RPV was also introduced. According to different production technologies, quality control requirements were put forward.
