中文摘要:通过化学成分、金相、马氏体含量、扫描电镜观察和能谱分析等手段,对某304奥氏体不锈钢容器封头开裂失效的原因进行了分析。分析结果表明:封头开裂属于形变马氏体和氯离子共同作用引起的应力腐蚀开裂。为此,提出了相应的改进措施,预防失效事故的发生。
英文摘要:Through the chemical composition, metallographic, the content of martensite, the observation of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy spectrum analysis and other method, the cause of the crack failure on the head of one 304-austenitic stainless steel vessel were analyzed. The analysis results show that head craze belongs to the combined action of the deformation-induced martensite and chloride ion which cause the stress corrosion cracking.
Therefore, this paper presents corresponding improvement measures to prevent the occurrence of failure accident.
