中文摘要:利用光学金相显微镜及直读光谱仪分析了ZL205A经电渣净化前后的组织差异及化学成份变化。研究发现:ZL205A在经电渣净化后,组织均匀,晶粒明显细化,净化过程中钛元素烧损严重,达48%左右。
英文摘要: From two aspects of refining or not,the microstructure and composition of ZL205A were analyzed contrastively by using phase microscope and spectro LAB.the results show that after been refined the solidification structure become more uniform and the crystal grain become smaller.The element Ti was burned away by 48 percent.
