中文摘要:本文通过数值模拟的方法研究了内浇口面积、铸件横截面面积和内浇口面积的面积比与临界加压速度的关系及变化规律。实验结果表明,随着内浇口面积的增大,临界加压速度逐渐增大;随着宽度增大,临界加压速度反而减小;随着面积比的增大,临界加压速度则减小。研究结果为优化汽车铸件低压铸造充型工艺曲线提供可靠的依据。
英文摘要:In this paper, numerical simulation method to study the relationship between the inside gate area, the ratio of casting cross-section area and the inside gate area, and Critical compression rate.Experimental results show that with the increase in the inside gate area, the critical compression rate increases; as width increases, the critical pressure but reduces; with the area ratio increases, the critical velocity is less small. The results for the optimization of low pressure die casting filling technology curve to provide a reliable basis.
