工艺参数对铜-钢搅拌摩擦焊焊缝成形的影响

中文摘要:用搅拌摩擦焊方法焊接了10mm厚的紫铜和低碳钢板,并就工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响进行了研究。结果表明:搅拌头的旋转速度越高,焊缝表面氧化程度越大;焊接速度越大,出现缺陷的现象越严重。采用右螺纹搅拌针的搅拌头进行焊接时,在焊核区底部容易出现孔洞型缺陷。在搅拌头旋转速度为475r/min,焊接速度为47.5mm/min时能获得无缺陷的铜/钢搅拌摩擦焊接头。
英文摘要:The joining of dissimilar metals,T2 copper with 10 mm thickness and Q235 mild steel plates,is carried out by friction stir welding,and the effects of processing parameters on the forming of copper / steel weld in friction stir welding were analyzed.The results show that,the higher the rotating speed,the greater the degree of oxidation of the weld surface.The faster the welding speed,the more serious of defects the phenomenon of the underside.During welding with the right thread of the stir pin,prone to appears hole-type defects at the bottom of the welding nucleus area.A defect-free weld of the copper / steel can be successfully obtained with the rotating speed of 475r/min and welding speed of 47.5mm/min.
