Abstract: Based on the effects of heat treatment on the microstructure, mechanical properties, friction and wear properties of Ti-6Al-4V (TC4)titanium alloy, the research progress of heat treatment on Ti-6Al-4V alloy was reviewed.The performance changes of the alloy during the heat treatment were combed.In order to provide references for the research and application of heat treatment in titanium alloy, the microstructure and properties of the alloy after different heat treatment processes were summarized.
