铈元素含量对工业纯铝显微组织及耐蚀性能的影响

    Effect of Cerium Element Content on Microstructure and Corrosion Resistance of Industrial Pure Aluminum

    • 摘要: 通过化学成分分析、金相分析和中性盐雾试验等多种方法,探讨了单一稀土Ce含量对工业纯铝铸态组织和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:稀土元素Ce对工业纯铝铸态组织具有良好的晶粒细化效果,能有效改善组织中杂质相的存在形态,并提高纯铝的耐腐蚀性。微量单一稀土Ce含量控制在0.07%左右的纯铝试样具有较好的耐腐蚀性。

       

      Abstract: By means of chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis and neutral salt spray test, the effects of single rare earth Ce content on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of industrial pure aluminum were investigated. The results show that the rare earth element Ce has a good grain refinement effect on the as-cast structure of industrial pure aluminum, which can effectively improve the morphology of impurity phase in the microstructure and improve the corrosion resistance of pure aluminum as well. In addition, the corrosion resistance of pure aluminum samples with a single rare earth Ce content of around 0.07% is better.
