基于模糊PID控制算法的高温合金性能研究

    Performance of Superalloy Based on Fuzzy PID Control Algorithm

    • 摘要: 在Inconel 718高温合金径向锻造过程中,分别采用常规PID控制和模糊PID控制对始锻温度和终锻温度进行了控制,并进行了试样的高温磨损性能和高温氧化性能测试与分析。结果表明,与常规PID控制相比,采用模糊PID控制时合金700℃高温磨损25 min后磨损体积减小42%,700℃高温氧化20 h后单位面积质量变化量减小38%,提高了合金试样的高温磨损性能和高温氧化性能。

       

      Abstract: In the radial forging process of Inconel 718 superalloy, the initial forging temperature and final forging temperature were controlled by conventional PID control and fuzzy PID control, respectively, and the high temperature wear properties and high temperature oxidation properties of samples were tested and analyzed. The results show that compared with those of the conventional PID control, the wear volume of the alloy reduces by 42% after 700℃ high temperature wear for 25min, and the mass change per unit area reduces by 38% after oxidation at 700℃ for 20 h, which improves the high temperature wear properties and high temperature oxidation properties of the alloy samples.
