激光熔覆WC颗粒增强Ni基合金涂层耐磨性能的研究

    Study on Wear Resistance of Ni-based Alloy Coating Reinforced with WC Particles by Laser Cladding

    • 摘要: 采用预置涂层法,在基材45钢表面预置金属Ni60+WC粉末,通过试验采用不同的激光工艺参数获得不同的熔覆层,并进行参数优化。借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、摩擦磨损试验机等对激光熔覆层的合金元素分布、组织结构、磨损特性等进行了系统的研究。结果表明,选用体积分数为50vol%、粒度为1μm的WC复合涂层,采用优化的工艺参数所得到的熔覆层,其耐磨性能是淬火45钢的7倍,是Ni60涂层的5倍。

       

      Abstract: Metal Ni60 and WC powder was preset on the surface of substrate 45 steel by preset coating method. Different coating layers were obtained by using different laser process parameters, and the parameters were optimized. The distribution,microstructure and wear characteristics of alloy elements in laser coating were systematically studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and friction and wear tester. The results show that, the wear resistance of WC composite coating with volume fraction of 50vol% and particle size of 1 μm by using the optimized process parameters is 7times of that of quenched 45 steel and 5 times of that of Ni60 coating.
