痕量铌对镀锡基板的组织和硬度的影响

    Effects of Trace Niobium Content on Microstructure and Hardness of Tin-plated Substrate

    • 摘要: 微合金铌对镀锡基板的组织和硬度有重要影响,即使痕量的铌也能影响金属再结晶,需要提高退火温度才能达到材料的硬度要求。与不含铌钢相比,含痕量铌镀锡基板在570℃时主要是纤维状组织,只有极少量的铁素体晶粒。600℃时,有30%~40%的组织发生再结晶;630℃时,基本完成再结晶过程,退火温度提高了约30℃。

       

      Abstract: Microalloyed Nb has an important influence on the microstructure and hardness of tinned substrate. Even trace Nb can affect the recrystallization of metals, and the annealing temperature needs to be increased to meet the hardness requirements of the material. Compared with Nb-free steel, the tin-plated substrate containing trace niobium is mainly fiber-like at 570 ℃. There are only a very small amount of ferrite grains. 30%-40% of the microstructure are recrystallized at 600 ℃, and the recrystallization process is basically completed at 630 ℃. The annealing temperature is increased by about 30 ℃.
