Abstract:
In order to study the hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the surface quenching layer of 32CrNi3MoVE steel, the quenching modified layer was prepared on the surface of 32CrNi3MoVE steel by laser quenching technology. The microstructure, phase composition, Vickers hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the quenching area were tested and characterized by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer, microhardness tester, electrochemical corrosion workstation and friction and wear tester. The results show that hidden crystal martensite is formed on the surface of the material after laser quenching, and the grain size is refined. The surface hardness of the quenched layer is increased by 75%, the friction coefficient decreases, the friction coefficient curve is relatively stable, and the wear rate decreases. The self-corrosion current of the sample treated by laser is 1.17×10
