Abstract:
The effect of deformation temperature on the recrystallization behavior of Ti microalloyed steel was studied by Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation tester. The dynamic recrystallization and the static recrystallization behavior of the Ti micro-alloy steel were analyzed based on the flow stress, the stress hardening curve and the stress relaxation curve. The results show that the microalloy element Ti can significantly inhibit the occurrence of dynamic recrystallization. When the strain rate is 0.75 s
-1and the true strain is 0.75, the incubation period of static recrystallization after deformation is shortened and the recrystallization rate is accelerated with the increase of deformation temperature. After deformation at 1080 ℃, static recrystallization of the steel begins at 0.07s and ends at 1.45s. The whole recrystallization process only needs 1.38s, and the static recrystallization at this temperature is the most rapid.
