Abstract: As an important part of the aviation industry, aviation maintenance refers to the maintenance and repair of aircraft and its technical equipment. Reliable and stable aviation repair ability is the prerequisite and necessary condition to ensure the use of aircraft. The product characteristics of aviation maintenance factory are similar to those of aviation mainframe factory, but they also have the characteristics of their own production mode. According to the development and characteristics of aviation maintenance heat treatment in recent years, the present situation of aviation maintenance heat treatment and the problems existing in the production process were analyzed. Combined with the continuous pursuit of high reliability and service life of aviation products and the development trends of heat treatment industry at home and abroad, the future development trend of aviation repair heat treatment was put forward.
