电子束熔覆技术的研究现状与发展

    Research Status and Development of Electron Beam Cladding Technology

    • 摘要: 电子束熔覆是近些年发展起来的一种新型的高能表面改性技术,通过改变金属材料的表面组织结构,可以提高金属材料的性能并改善其缺陷。介绍了电子束熔覆技术的原理及特点,总结了熔覆涂层材料选用工艺参数和送粉方法对熔覆层质量的影响,归纳整理了国内外用电子束熔覆技术在提高材料耐磨性、耐腐蚀性和抗氧化性能上所取得的进展。最后提出了目前电子束熔覆技术存在的不足,并对未来的发展方向及趋势做了简要的论述。

       

      Abstract: Electron beam cladding is a new type of high-energy surface modification technology developed in recent years. By changing the surface structure of metal materials, the performance of metal materials can be improved and defects can be improved. The principle and characteristics of electron beam cladding technology were introduced. The influence of selection of cladding coating material process parameters and powder feeding method on the quality of cladding layer was summarized. The progress made in improving wear resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of materials by electron beam cladding technology in china and abroad was summarized and sorted out. Finally, the deficiency of electron beam cladding technology was put forward, and the future development direction and trend were briefly discussed.
