    Fracture Analysis on 18CrNiMo7-6 High Speed Input Shaft

    • 摘要: 塔式起重机用高速输入轴在使用过程中发生断裂,通过宏观检查、断口分析、金相分析、化学成分检测对断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:高速轴输入轴为低公称应力和高应力集中条件下的旋转弯曲疲劳断裂;断裂的主要原因是由于轴台阶凹角处存在结构应力集中,降低了轴的抗疲劳强度,促进了疲劳裂纹的萌生。

       

      Abstract: The high speed input shaft of tower crane was broken in the course of use. The causes of the fracture were analyzed by macroscopical examination, fracture analysis, metallographic analysis and chemical composition detection. The results show that the high speed input shaft is rotated bending fatigue fracture under low nominal stress and high stress concentration. The main reason for the fracture is the structural stress concentration at the concave corner of the step, which can reduce the fatigue strength of the shaft and promote the initiation of fatigue cracks.
