热处理工艺对A724GrC钢组织和力学性能的影响

    Effects of Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of A724Gr C Steel

    • 摘要: 对A724GrC钢板进行了淬回火热处理试验,研究了不同淬回火温度下其组织和力学性能的变化规律。结果表明,试验钢的最佳淬火温度为890℃,最佳回火温度为640~660℃。当回火温度高于680℃时,渗碳体快速减少,导致A724GrC钢的强度急剧下降,低于要求值以下。VC的数量变化远少于渗碳体,并不是影响强度变化的主要析出相。

       

      Abstract: The change rules of microstructure and mechanical properties of A724GrC steel plate at different quenching and tempering temperatures were investigated by quenching and tempering tests. The results show that the optimum quenching temperature of the test steel is 890 ℃, and the optimum tempering temperature is 640-660 ℃. When the tempering temperature is higher than 680 ℃, the cementite decreases rapidly. As a result, the strength of A724GrC steel decreases sharply, which is below the required value. The quantity change of VC is much less than that of cementite, and it is not the main precipitated phase that affects the strength change.
