Abstract:
The forging of 6A02-0.5Cr aluminum alloy mechanical hinges was carried out at different initial forging temperatures and final forging temperatures. And the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of initial forging temperature and final forging temperature, the tensile strength first increases and then decreases, the elongation and mass loss first decreases and then increases, and the corrosion resistance improves first and then decreases slowly. Compared with that of the initial forging temperature at 450 ℃, the tensile strength of the specimen increases by 19 MPa and the mass loss rate decreases by 32.8% when initial forging temperature is 480 ℃.Compared with that of the final forging temperature at 350 ℃, the tensile strength of the specimen increases by 15 MPa and the mass loss rate decreases by 31.49% when final forging temperature is 380 ℃.
