    Fracture Reason Analysis of 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb Stainless Steel Tie Rod

    • 摘要: 为了分析05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢拉杆在使用过程中发生断裂的原因,以断裂的05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢拉杆为材料,对其力学性能、化学成分、金相显微组织及断口形貌特征进行了测试和分析。结果发现,拉杆的断裂性质为过载脆性断裂,断后伸长率和断面收缩率不合格,断裂主要原因是热处理时固溶温度偏高,δ铁素体大量沿晶界和晶内析出,导致了零件脆性的增加,抗剪切能力下降而断裂。

       

      Abstract: In order to analyze the cause of fracture in the use of 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steel tie rod, taking the broken05Cr17Ni4Cu4N b stainless steel tie rod as the material, the mechanical properties, chemi cal composition, metallographic microstructure and fracture morphology were tested and analyzed. The results show that the fracture property of the tie rod is overload brittle fracture, and the elongation and section shrinkage after fracture are not qualified. The main reason for fracture is the high solid solution temperature during heat treatment, and the large amount of ferrite precipitates along grain boundaries and within grains, which result in the increase of brittleness of the parts and the deerease of shear resistance then the fracture appears.
