界面添加剂对双金属复合材料组织及力学性能的影响

    Effects of Interfacial Additive on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Bimetal Composites

    • 摘要: 采用金相观察、扫描电镜、能谱分析、硬度测试及室温拉伸等手段研究了铸造过程中界面添加剂的加入对液-液双金属复合材料的组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,界面添加剂的加入能够有效降低双金属复合材料界面及其附近两侧钢铁材料中的氧化物缺陷,使双金属界面冶金扩散层更宽,且成分及硬度过渡更为缓和,双金属复合材料的界面强度由320 MPa上升到高于530 MPa。界面强度上升与界面添加剂对双金属界面的洁净化和还原作用有关。

       

      Abstract: The effects of the addition of interfacial additives on the microstructure and mechanical properties of liquid-liquid bimetallic composites were studied by means of metallographic observation, scanning electron microscopy,energy spectrum analysis, hardness testing and room temperature stretching. The results show that, the addition of interfacial additives can effectively reduce the oxide defects in the interface of bimetallic composites and the iron and steel materials near them which make the metallurgical diffusion layer of bimetallic interface wider and ease the transition of composition and hardness. The tensile strength of the interface of bimetallic composites increases from 320 MPa to more than 530 MPa. The increase of interfacial strength is related to the cleaning and reduction of bimetallic interface by interfacial additives.
