深冷处理对ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo马氏体不锈钢组织及力学性能的影响

    Effects of Deep Cryogenic Treatment on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo Martensitic Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 为了研究深冷处理对ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo马氏体不锈钢组织及性能的影响,将试样分为6组,通过改变不同深冷时间(0、12、18、24、30、36 h)分别测试各组试样的拉伸性能及硬度的变化情况,观察各组试样的金相显微组织及拉伸断口形貌。结果表明:合适的深冷参数促使残余奥氏体向马氏体转变,并使晶粒得到细化,从而使材料强度及硬度得到了提升。当深冷时间为18 h时,试样的力学性能取得了最佳值,其抗拉强度与屈服强度分别达到了1109.0和937.7 MPa,硬度达到了36.8 HRC。

       

      Abstract: To study the effects of cryogenic treatment on the microstructure and properties of ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo martensite stainless steel, the specimens were divided into six groups, and the tensile properties and hardness of each group were measured by varying the different cryogenic time (0, 12, 18, 24, 30 and 36 h).Metallographic microstructure and tensile fracture morphologies of each group of specimens were observed. The results show that suitable cryogenic parameters promote the transformation of retained austenite to martensite and refine the grain, thus the strength and hardness of the material are improved. When the deep cooling time is 18 h, the mechanical properties of the specimen have achieved the optimum value, the tensile strength and yield strength have reach 1109.0 MPa and 937.7 MPa, respectively, and the hardness reaches 36.8 HRC.
