Abstract:
The heat treatment process of the tape in the pipe furnace was studied. The effects of methanol dripping speed and tempering temperature on the mechanical properties of the tape were discussed. The results show that the hardness of the tape increases first and then remains on the horizontal line and the fatigue life increases first and then decreases with the increase of methanol injection rate from 12 d/min to 24 d/min. With the tempering temperature rising from 420 ℃to 500 ℃,the tensile strength and hardness decrease. The hardness of the tape is 583 HV, the fatigue life is 6684 times and the tensile strength is 2407 MPa when the methanol drip rate is 18 d/min and tempering temperature is 460 ℃. At this time, the microstructure of the tape is tempered martensite without decarburization layer, which is the best heat treatment process of pipeline furnace.
