660MW超临界塔式锅炉T91三级过热器管爆管原因分析

    Tube-bursting Cause Analysis of T91 Three-stage Superheater Tube in 660MW Supercritical Tower Boiler

    • 摘要: 通过现场爆口位置和壁温曲线检查、管样宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相试验、硬度检测、氧化皮厚度测量及力学性能试验,对超临界塔式锅炉三级过热器T91爆管原因进行了分析。结果表明:爆管是由于管子内壁存在类似直道的原始加工缺陷,在运行过程中,原始缺陷在内压力作用下扩展延伸使得管子发生爆管。

       

      Abstract: By means of site explosion location and wall temperature curve inspection, macroscopic inspection,chemical composition analysis, metallographic test, hardness test, oxide skin thickness measurement and mechanical properties test, the tube-bursting cause of T91 three-stage superheater tube in supercritical tower boiler was analyzed. The results show that the tube-bursting is due to the original processing defects on the inner wall of the tube that resemble straight channels, during the operation, the original defects expand and extend under the internal pressure, which cause the tube to burst.
