42CrMo钢板淬火工艺优化研究

    Optimization Research on Quenching Process of 42CrMo Steel Plate

    • 摘要: 采用金相分析和力学性能检测,对42CrMo钢板淬火开裂机理进行了分析,并进行了淬火工艺优化。结果表明,淬火开裂是由于淬火过程中冷却速度过快,钢板产生较高的内应力,导致脆性马氏体组织开裂。对淬火机冷速、返红温度、水比等参数进行优化,解决了42CrMo钢板淬火开裂问题,同时也获得了良好的板型和力学性能。

       

      Abstract: The cracking mechanism during quenching of 42CrMo steel plate was analyzed by microstructure analysis and mechanical testing, and the quenching process was optimized. The results show that the quenching cracking is due to the excessive cooling rate during quenching, the steel plate produces high internal stress, resulting in brittle martensite microstructure cracking. The parameters such as cooling speed, red return temperature and water flow ratio were optimized,the quenching cracking problem was solved, and good plate shape and mechanical properties were obtained at the same time.
