超临界锅炉末级过热器水压泄漏原因分析

    Cause Analysis on Water Pressure Leakage of Final Superheater of Supercritical Boiler

    • 摘要: 某新建660MW超临界机组在安装阶段水压试验时1#锅炉末级过热器钢管发生开裂泄漏。对失效钢管进行了化学成分分析、常温力学性能检测、金相组织观察、扫描电子显微镜分析和能谱分析。结果表明,开裂泄漏的主要原因是钢管内壁在热轧和冷拔过程中产生了纵向线性缺陷,并在缺陷尖端形成应力集中。在水压试验过程中,缺陷尖端张开形成裂纹并扩展,导致末级过热器发生泄漏。

       

      Abstract: The cracking and leakage of the last stage superheater steel pipe of 1# boiler for a new 660MW supercritical unit occur during the hydraulic test in the installation stage. Chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties at room temperature, metallographic structure observation, scanning electron microscope analysis and energy spectrum analysis were carried out for the failed steel pipe. The results show that the main reason of cracking leakage is that the inner wall of steel pipe has produced longitudinal linear defects during hot rolling and cold drawing, and the stress concentration is formed at the tip of the defect. In the process of hydraulic test, the defect tip opens to form cracks and expands, resulting in leakage of the last stage superheater.
