铌钒微合金化对大规格耐候热轧H型钢力学性能的影响

Effect of Nb and V Microalloying on Mechanical Properties of Large-Scale Weather-resistant Hot-rolled H-section Steel

摘要: 通过试验对比了铌微合金化与钒微合金化成分对大规格耐候热轧H型钢力学性能的影响。结果表明：采用铌微合金化能够获得相对细小且均匀的显微组织，明显改善低温韧性，提升塑性指标，且对提升强度更有利。

Abstract: The effects of Nb microalloying and V microalloying composition on mechanical properties of large-specification weather-resistant hot-rolled H-section steel were compared through testing. The results show that niobium microalloying can obtain relatively small and uniform microstructure, obviously improve the toughness at low temperature,enhance the plastic index, and it is more favorable to enhance the strength.
