硫酸浓度对Q235钢棒材电化学腐蚀后电化学冷拉拔的影响

    Effect of Sulfuric Acid Concentration on Electrochemical Cold Drawing of Q235 Steel Bar after Electrochemical Corrosion

    • 摘要: 研究了不同浓度的硫酸溶液对Q235钢棒材电化学腐蚀后电化学冷拉拔(ECD)的影响。结果表明,Q235钢棒材在0.95 mol/L的硫酸溶液中电化学腐蚀的腐蚀速率最大,表面腐蚀程度最大,表面硬度最低,棒材表面层软化程度最大。在0.95 mol/L硫酸溶液中进行ECD时,棒材表面变形层中的位错密度最低,表面变形层最薄,表面变形层中晶粒的变形程度最小,从而造成棒材表层的加工硬化程度最小,对拉拔力的降低率最大,使得拉拔更易进行。

       

      Abstract: The effect of sulfuric acid solution of different concentration on the electrochemical cold drawing(ECD) of Q235 steel bar after electrochemical corrosion was studied. The results show that the electrochemical corrosion rate of Q235steel bar in 0.95 mol/L sulfuric acid solution is the largest, the surface corrosion degree is the largest, the surface hardness is the lowest, and the softening degree of the surface layer of the bar is the largest. When ECD is carried out in 0.95 mol/L sulfuric acid solution, the dislocation density is the lowest in the deformed layer of the bar surface, the surface deformation layer is the thinnest, and the deformation degree of the grains in the surface deformation layer is the smallest, so that the work hardening degree of surface layer of the bar is the smallest, and the reduction rate of the drawing force is the largest, which makes drawing easier.
