焊接参数对6061-T6铝合金薄板的HR-FSW轴向力的影响

    Effect of Welding Parameters on HR-FSW Axial Force of 6061-T6 Aluminum Alloy Sheet

    • 摘要: 采用高转速搅拌摩擦焊接(HR-FSW)方法实现了1 mm厚6061-T6铝合金薄板的对接试验,研究了焊接速度对轴向力和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:焊接速度对轴向力起到决定性的作用,焊接轴向力随着焊接速度的增加而增加;当轴向力处于0.9~1 kN之间(焊接速度为200~300 mm/min)时,焊接接头组织均匀,力学性能较好;在主轴转速为10000 r/min,焊接速度为300 mm/min,轴肩下压量为0.06 mm下可以获得最佳焊缝,其组织均匀,外表成型美观、无焊接缺陷,抗拉强度达到201.92 MPa,约为母材的70%。

       

      Abstract: The high rotating-speed friction stir welding(HR-FSW) method was used to perform a butt test on 1mm thick6061-T6 aluminum alloy sheet. The effect of welding speed on axial force and the mechanical properties of the joint were studied. The test results show that the welding speed plays a decisive role on the axial force, and the welding axial force increases with the increase of the welding speed. When the axial force is 0.9-1kN, the welding speed is 200-300 mm·min-1,the microstructure of the welded joint is uniformly distributed and the mechanical properties are good. Under the spindle speed of 10000 r·min-1, welding speed of 300 mm·min-1, shoulder pressure of 0.06 mm, the best welding seam can be obtained, the welding seam structure is uniform, the appearance is beautiful, there are no welding defects, and its tensile strength reaches 201.92 MPa, about 70% of the base material.
