铜锭加工的开裂原因分析
Analysis of Cracking Causes during Copper Ingot Processing

摘要: 对加工时开裂的铜锭进行了化学成分、力学性能、金相、断口形貌、断口成分分析。结果表明,铜锭开裂失效是由于长时间高温区域加热,磷元素在晶界偏析、氧化造成的。Abstract: The chemical composition, mechanical properties, metallography, fracture morphology and fracture composition of cracked copper ingots during processing were analyzed. The results indicate that the cracking failure of copper ingot is caused by the segregation and oxidation of phosphorus in grain boundary under long time high temperature heating.
