基于正交试验的铝合金发火座铸造工艺优化及分析

    Optimization and Analysis of Aluminum Alloy Ignition Seat Casting Process Based on Orthogonal Experiment

    • 摘要: 运用Anycasting软件并采用正交试验的方法对铝合金发火座的浇注温度、浇注速度和模具预热温度进行了优化。分析了不同条件下合金的充填和凝固,预测了缩松、缩孔的位置及大小。结果得出,在浇注温度630℃、浇注速度40 mm/s、模具预热温度220℃时,铝合金发火座的缩松、缩孔缺陷最小。

       

      Abstract: The pouring temperature, pouring speed and mold preheating temperature of the aluminum alloy ignition seat were optimized by using the Anycasting software and the orthogonal casting method. The filling and solidification under different conditions were analyzed, and the position and size of the casting shrinkage cavity and porosity positions were predicted. The results show that when the pouring temperature is 630℃, the pouring speed is 40 mm/s, the mold preheating temperature is 220℃, the shrinkage and shrinkage defects of aluminum alloy ignition seat are the least.
