套管头用30CrMo钢热处理工艺研究及改进

    Research and Improvement on Heat Treatment Process of 30CrMo Steel for Casing Head

    • 摘要: 井口装置套管头产品经调质后力学性能总是达不到工艺要求,以φ125 mm等效试棒为研究对象,进行热处理试验分析。结果表明,通过改进淬火方式、提高合金元素含量及根据材料碳含量控制回火温度,可提升产品的力学性能,使产品合格率大幅提高。

       

      Abstract: The mechanical properties of the casing head products of wellhead equipment always fail to meet the process requirements after quenching and tempering treatment. The φ125 mm equivalent test bar was used as the research object for experimental analysis. The results show that the mechanical properties of the product can be improved and the qualified rate of the product can be greatly improved by improving the quenching method, increasing the content of alloy elements and controlling the tempering temperature according to the carbon content of the material.
