Abstract:
The traditional periodic roll channeling technology does not take into account the influence of strip width,and does not guarantee the uniform distribution of the contact position between the strip edge and the roll. The flexible intelligent roll channeling technology considering the influence of strip width was studied, and the calculating model of roll channeling position of flexible periodic roll channeling was established considering the width change of two adjacent strips.Through the comparison and analysis of industrial application and measured data, the uneven wear amount of the flexible cycle technology of intelligent roll channeling developed in this paper reduces by 60% compared with the traditional cycle roll channeling method, and the incidence of quality problems at the local high point(≥10 μm) of the strip steel is reduced by 10.02%.
