Abstract:
TB9 alloy spring was made of wire material with
φ2.2 mm diameter to replace steel spring parts II(70), 65Si2MnWA steel to achieve its corrosion resistance and improve service life. The process of TB9 titanium alloy spring manufacture was studied and the aging treatment test of 550 ℃×8 h was carried out. ASH280 cast steel pellets were used for the spring after fluorescence detection, the shot peening strength was 0.15-0.25 mm A, the shot peening coverage was 100%.The special tooling was designed to solve the technical difficulties of bending ear hook and fluorescence inspection. The results show that the process flow can be cured and applied to actual production, and the aging treatment system can meet the requirements of mechanical properties. The metallographic structure shows that the α phase is dispersed uniformly in the equiaxed β phase after aging, and no α layer is found. After shot peening treatment, the spring service life can reach 10×25000 times and achieve the expected effect.
