H型钢腹板与翼缘内角锈蚀机理及影响因素研究

    Study on Corrosion Mechanism and Influence Factors of Inner Angle between H-beam Web and Flange

    • 摘要: 采用SEM、EDS及XRD等试验手段研究了H型钢腹板与翼缘内角氧化铁皮形貌及其性状,讨论了其红色锈蚀的影响因素和形成机理。结果表明:矫直前内角氧化铁皮的致密度优于矫直后的,锯切后产生的红色锈蚀产物成分为Fe2O3。在矫直力的作用下,氧化铁皮易破裂;锯切冷却水在内角残留较多且侵蚀时间过长,导致电化学腐蚀行为;Q355B H型钢中Mn、Cr含量较高,锈蚀层致密均匀程度要优于Q235B;H型钢腹板宽度越大,表面锈蚀程度越不明显。

       

      Abstract: The morphologies and properties of iron oxide scale at the inner angle between the H-shaped steel web and flange were studied by means of SEM, EDS and XRD, and the influencing factors and formation mechanism of the red corrosion were discussed. The results show that the density of the inner angle oxide scale before straightening is better than that after straightening, and the composition of the red rust product after sawing is Fe2O3. Iron oxide scales are easily broken up under the effect of straightening force. The electrochemical corrosion behavior is caused by the excessive residual sawing cooling water at the internal angle and the long time of corrosion. The Q355B H-beam has higher Mn and Cr contents, and the density and uniformity of corrosion layer is better than that of Q235B. The larger the width of H-beam web, the less obvious the degree of surface corrosion.
