Abstract:
The application of laser powder bed fusion technology in refractory metal processing is a hot topic in recent years. The effects of laser power and scan speed of the laser powder bed fusion technology on the porosity defect of the prepared GH4169 specimen were studed via X-ray micro computed tomography, and the tension properties of the specimen were also studied. The results show that at fixed laser power, the defects of the specimen volume, number, porosity and diameter decrease first and then increase, while the tension properties of the specimen increase first and then decrease, moreover, the maximum diameter of the specimen defect has great influence on the properties. Compared with related standards of GH4169 in China and abroad, it is found that the process method in the experiment has a larger process window to meet the casting requirements, which is approximate to the forging requirements.
