Abstract:
Diamond/Al composites have become a research hotspot of thermal management materials due to its excellent thermal physical properties. However, in fact, its properties are difficult to achieve the theoretical expectations due to many factors. Heat transfer models are means to predict the thermal conductivity of composites according to the basic parameters of composite materials, and it is an important way to guide the improvement of composite properties. The current common heat conduction models were mainly expounded, and the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of each model are summarized, so as to guide the design of thermal conductivity of the composites.
