TC4钛合金锻造有限元分析模型的修正

    Modification of Finite Element Analysis Model of TC4 Titanium Alloy Forging

    • 摘要: 为了减小模拟结果与实际锻造的误差,需要建立更准确的有限元分析模型。本文以X射线衍射法测量锻件残余应力为依据,利用Deform-3D有限元软件对TC4钛合金锻造变形以及锻件卸载空冷过程进行模拟,分析试验结果与模拟结果的误差,得到更加准确的边界条件等模拟控制参数。修正了有限元分析模型,并利用修正后的模型进行模拟。揭示了TC4钛合金锻造过程中的变形规律、锻件残余应力分布规律以及卸载后锻件应力释放规律,以期为同类研究提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the error between simulation results and actual forging,it is necessary to establish a more accurate finite element analysis model. On the basis of measuring the residual stress of forgings by X ray diffraction method,the forging deformation of TC4 titanium alloy and the unloading process of forgings were simulated by Deform-3D finite element software. The error between the test results and the simulation results was analyzed, and more accurate parameters such as boundary conditions were obtained. The finite element analysis model was modified and simulated by the modified model. The deformation law, residual stress distribution law and stress release law of TC4 forgings after unloading were revealed, which can provide reference for similar research.
