500kV变电站罐式断路器黄铜连接螺母腐蚀断裂原因分析

    Corrosion Failure Analysis of Brass Nut of Tank Circuit Breaker for 500kV Substation

    • 摘要: 利用宏观检验、化学成分分析、显微组织检验、断口形貌分析、有限元分析及能谱分析对腐蚀断裂的黄铜连接螺母进行了分析。结果表明,因材质不良、制造工艺控制不当造成黄铜连接螺母的强度和韧性不足,在生产制造或存放运输过程中接触到了含有S元素的腐蚀性介质,在管路内部介质压力、紧固预紧力及加工残余应力的共同作用下,沿整个螺母的应力集中区发生应力腐蚀开裂。

       

      Abstract: The corrosion fractured brass nut was investigated by macro-morphology inspection, chemical composition analysis, microstructure analysis, fracture morphology analysis, numerical simulation and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that due to poor material quality and improper manufacture process, the strength and toughness of the brass nut are not sufficient enough. Meanwhile, in the process of manufacture, storage and transportation, brass nut has been in contact with the corrosive medium with high sulfate content. Under the comprehensive action of inner medium pressure, the preload and processing residual stress, the stress corrosion cracking generates along the stress concentration area of the whole brass nut.
