退火温度对5154A铝镁合金线组织与力学性能的影响

    Effects of Annealing Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 5154A Al-Mg Alloy Wire

    • 摘要: 针对5154A铝镁合金线随着冷压变形量的增加,其抗拉强度和屈服强度增加,但伸长率下降的问题,采取退火处理改善5154A铝镁合金线材的组织和力学性能。采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜及综合功能测试仪对不同处理态线材的组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明:退火可以使线材的柱状晶减小并退化,使线材的晶粒得到了细化,且在退火温度为230℃时,5154A铝镁合金线材的综合力学性能最佳。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the tensile strength and yield strength of 5154A Al-Mg alloy wire increase with the increase of cold pressure deformation, but the elongation decreases, the microstructure and mechanical properties of 5154A Al-Mg alloy wire were improved by annealing treatment. The X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and comprehensive functional tester were used to study the microstructure and properties of different processed linear materials.The results show that the annealing can reduce and degrade the columnar crystal of the wire and refine the grain of the wire.When the annealing temperature is 230 ℃, the comprehensive mechanical properties of 5154A Al-Mg alloy wire are the best.
