镀锌板焊接接头的组织及耐腐蚀性研究

    Microstructure and Corrosion Resistance of Galvanized Steel Sheet Welded Joints

    • 摘要: 采用脉冲焊接方法及冷金属过渡(CMT)焊接方法分别对镀锌板进行了焊接,焊接过程中无气孔及飞溅缺陷,但仍有肉眼可见的锌层烧损,焊缝成形欠佳。观察金相组织发现热影响区为铁素体+贝氏体组织,随着远离焊缝贝氏体组织减少,铁素体组织增加,硬度下降。采用CMT焊接的焊接接头硬度普遍高于脉冲焊接方法。经2周时间盐雾试验后,两种焊接方法下的焊接接头均在焊趾位置表现出较严重的锈蚀,经截面观察,CMT法焊趾位置腐蚀更深。

       

      Abstract: Galvanized steel sheet was weleded by using pulse welding method and cold metal transition(CMT)welding method, respectively. There were no blowhole and spatter defects during the welding process, but there were still visible zinc layer burning loss, and the appearance of weld was not good. The observation on the microstructure shows that the heat-affected zone is ferrite and bainitic structure. With the distance from the weld zone increasing, the bainitic structure decreases, the feerite structure increases, which leads to the decrease of hardness. The hardness of the joint welded by CMT method is generally higher than that of the joint welded by pulse welding method. After two weeks of salt spray test, serious corrosion occurs at the weld toe of the both welded joints, and the cross section observation shows that the corrosion of the joint welded by CMT method is deeper.
