Abstract:
The welding process of UNS N10276 and UNS N06625 nickel-based alloys were studied by using flux-cored wire gas metal arc welding(FCAW-G). The welding procedure qualification for two pairs of test plates were carried out according to NB/T47014-2011. The tensile, bending performance, hardness, chemical composition and corrosion resistance of the welded joints were tested. The test results show that UNS N10276 and UNS N06625 nickel-based alloys can be welded well by using the flux-cored wires of ENi Cr Mo4T1-4 and ENi Cr Mo3T1-4 respectively under 80% Ar+20% CO
2 mixed shielding gas. The welded joints have good plastic toughness and tensile strength. The joint performance can meet the standard requirements of corrosion resistance of nickel-based alloy materials. The research has positive significance for the application of nickel-based alloy FCAW-G in the manufacture of non-ferrous metal pressure vessels.
