热镀锌工艺中带钢入锌锅温度的优化研究

    Research on Optimization of Temperature of Strip into Zinc Pot in Hot Dip Galvanizing Process

    • 摘要: 基于锌锅区域的热量平衡原理,分析并确立了影响锌浴温度的各热量来源及其具体数值。结果表明:以稳定锌浴温度,减少铁渣生成,提高镀锌质量为目标,对各种规格的带钢确立了最优的入锌锅温度,解决了以往热镀锌过程中仅凭生产经验与过去的生产结果对带钢入锅温度进行控制的模糊性、滞后性的弊端,为带钢入锅温度的精准控制提供了合适的手段。

       

      Abstract: Based on the principle of heat balance in the zinc pot area, different heat sources and their specific values which affects the temperature of the zinc bath were analyzed and established. The results show that aiming at stabilizing the temperature of the zinc bath, reducing the generation of iron slag and improving the quality of galvanizing, for the specification of the strip steel, its optimal temperature into zinc pan was established. The disadvantages of ambiguity and hysteresis in controlling the temperature of the steel strip into the pot during the hot galvanizing process based on production experience and past production results were solved.It can provide suitable means for the precise control of the temperature of the strip into the pot.
