Abstract:
Based on the principle of heat balance in the zinc pot area, different heat sources and their specific values which affects the temperature of the zinc bath were analyzed and established. The results show that aiming at stabilizing the temperature of the zinc bath, reducing the generation of iron slag and improving the quality of galvanizing, for the specification of the strip steel, its optimal temperature into zinc pan was established. The disadvantages of ambiguity and hysteresis in controlling the temperature of the steel strip into the pot during the hot galvanizing process based on production experience and past production results were solved.It can provide suitable means for the precise control of the temperature of the strip into the pot.
